I give piano lessons for students of all ages, for both classical and pop music. I've been teaching piano for over 10 years. My goal is to make the lessons more fun and less stressful, more focused on the musical part, and find the most efficient way to solve technical problems. In the end, I hope my students could just enjoy the music by playing piano in any level!

I am a professional pianist and experienced piano teacher. I started teaching piano when I was 19 and never stopped since then. From beginners to advanced students at age 4 to adults, I like to work with all of them. My passion is to share all the music knowledges I have with every student and lead them to discover a wonderful music world. Every student's individual personality is always the first priority to me, as a teacher I respect everyone's unique quality, my responsibility is to inspire them to find their own way to express themself by music.

27 years old classical pianist from Brazil and currently based between Canada and Brazil, holds a Master's Degree in Music Psychology and Performance, and currently concluding the Doctorate (PhD) in Music Psychology and Performance – final stages and thesis defense. Also had studied at the Universidade de São Paulo (Brazil), the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) and l'Université d'Ottawa (Canada).

His pedagogical specialty has focused on the early ages – for now 11 years of experience –, and being his doctoral thesis (under construction) based on creativity, expressiveness and emotional communication by children and adolescents in pianistic performances.

My personalized lessons do not only focus on repertoire, but also on music theory, sight-reading, ear training, improvisation, and composition.

Hello, welcome to my profile! My name is Richard, nice to meet you! I'm a Dutch (Netherlands) piano teacher and concert pianist with 25 years of experience.

As a piano teacher, I have extensive experience with students of all ages and levels, as well as different music styles.
I hold a Master's degree in Music in both piano performance and as a piano teacher. For the past 25 years, I have been teaching piano lessons (both individual and group lessons) at several music schools in the Netherlands, as well as private piano lessons in various European countries and the USA.

I hold two bachelor degrees, one in classical piano performance and the other in orchestra conducting, both from
The Norwegian Academy of music in Oslo. More than 8 years of university high education in total.
I also have plenty of experience teaching and I taught in Norway for 6 years in the public education system.

-Lessons in orchestra and windband conducting. All levels all ages. We can arrange ensemble practice with professional players.
