Art therapy , in other words therapy through art and creativity, will allow you to know yourself better, to express and manage your emotions, to heal your wounds, to develop your potential, to improve your self-esteem, to let go. .. So many subjects on which I accompany you thanks to tools such as drawing, painting, collage, writing-therapy, but also exchange, speech, reflection, communication...
The art therapy techniques that I generally use during my workshops are Art Journal and Zentangle.
