    CINEMA, ACTING, IMPROVISATION WORKSHOPS - - -
These sessions allow the development of skills and knowledge of the trade, with the game facing the camera, familiarization with the audiovisual environment and the camera tool, in the art of acting. Your inventiveness and your uniqueness being at the center of your training, it is a question of dwelling on the objective criteria, such as the voice, the use of the body, the relationship with the partner, the capacity to occupy the space. But it is also the singularity and the commitment that are decisive. The objective of this training is to be able to: - Analyze and dissect a text - Create, develop and embody a character - Understand the artistic and technical writings of a film or a play - Create, cultivate and develop one's artistic identity and singularity (...) Through simulations and role-playing, the association between theory and practice makes it possible to achieve its objectives. PLACES : - Locations: Geneva - Lausanne - Friborg - Neuchâtel - Montreux - Basel - Sion - Sierre - Morges - Bienne. But currently and until further notice, only by videoconference in accordance with national recommendations on Covid. These sessions, for which you have asked me, also seem to be perfectly unanimous since they arouse a certain enthusiasm (and a certain enthusiasm). Indeed, they have the advantage of face-to-face sessions (ex: quality of the interaction), without its disadvantages (ex: loss of travel time) with additional advantages (ex: the entire session transcribed in writing on the chat). That is why, at your request, I continue to offer this option. - As other people do regularly, you can also please your loved ones by offering gift vouchers available all year round. THE TRAINER From a Grande Ecole post-preparatory class in France & Ivy League University in the United States, our teacher has specialized and has worked for more than 14 years in the field, in international establishments, intervening in forums and conferences. GUITAR LESSON for ALL LEVELS ✨ taught by a seasoned CONSERVATOIRE PROFESSOR! 🎶
The lessons can be conducted in English 🇬🇧, Spanish 🇪🇸 , or Italian 🇮🇹 , ensuring accessibility for all students. Age and musical preferences are not limitations; with qualitative daily practice, rather than sheer quantity, progress can be swiftly observed. 💪🏼 🎶 My approach to classical guitar lessons is centered on tailoring them to each student's individual needs and potential. I prioritize fostering enthusiasm and motivation as primary tools for conveying technical and theoretical concepts, alongside a deep love for music. Lessons are open to students of all ages and skill levels. 🚀 The focus of the course revolves around the joy of playing music. Your favorite genres and pieces will take center stage, with a thorough exploration of their codes and secrets. Together, we'll delve into technical exercises and learn to play pièces of your choice or mine, enriching your repertoire and enhancing your playing style. 🤩 For example, we can reimagine pieces by applying advanced techniques such as the CAGED system, incorporating new chords, positions, and techniques like arpeggios and fingerstyle playing. This expands the instrument's capabilities and your playing skills, ensuring continuous progress and improvement. 👨🏻‍🏫 Upon request, the program also includes theoretical studies, which are presented in an accessible manner suitable for both beginners and experienced musicians. Exercises, pieces, and theoretical explanations are structured in a progressive order of difficulty.🔥 The theoretical program covers a range of topics, including guitar tuning, chord theory, scales and modes, finger picking techniques, strumming patterns, metronome practice, learning favorite songs, improvisation, harmony, melody, and rhythm theory.⚡️ Together, we'll embark on a musical journey tailored to your goals and aspirations, ensuring a fulfilling and enriching experience with the classical guitar.🔝☄️

Improvisation for beginners and intermediates (any instrument)
For many people improvisation is a scary word and having to improvise in a group or band is an alarming prospect. However, this really does not need to be the case. As long as you have a basic knowledge of how to play your instrument you will be able to improvise. Once you know the principle of how chords are formed you will soon be improvising with ease. If you play a keyboard instrument you will be able to improvise your own pieces and be able to entertain your friends at a moments notice. On the other hand if you play in a band or a group you will be well equipped to do a real 'jam' session. Whether you play a single line instrument (flute, saxophone, trumpet, violin etc.) or keyboard instruments, this class is for you.

✅IMPROVISATION, CREATIVITY, PUBLIC SPEAKING, COMMUNICATION, THEATRALIZATION: A WHOLE SUBTLE UNIVERSE TO EXPLORE (THE ART OF STORYTELLING...)
✓ Improvisation is the art of composing within the framework of a role play, without being overplayed so as not to lose credibility, by taking pleasure and appearing convinced (because communication does not consist, for example, of having confidence, but of appearing confident). It helps with a wide range of skills (imagination, emotional faculties, physical expressiveness, vocal projection, clarity of speech, interpretation, improvisation, observation, emulation, stage combat...) to make public speaking, communication , the theatricalization enhanced by the stage space and the play of the actor - improviser. ✓ Your inventiveness, singularity, commitment and signature being at the center of this training, it is about giving you the techniques to improvise, create, stage, while showing confidence and conviction to your interlocutors, in the private sphere or of the professional. ✓ So how can you also confront your shyness or lack of (relative) self-confidence by surpassing yourself by moving forward? ➤ Express yourself with your body, your emotions, your ideas to mobilize your abilities and your creative energy ➤ Explore your path to personal expression in complete freedom and security by overcoming your fears of expressing yourself in public ➤ Activate flexibility of mind, particularly by practicing active listening ➤ Develop your creativity and imagination while overcoming your shyness, developing your speaking, listening and responding skills ➤ Anchor lasting resources such as letting go, leaving one's comfort zone thanks to a caring framework and personalized modules/exercises In application: For example, awareness raising and introduction to the Art of Storytelling have several objectives: Storytelling in public, Composing a repertoire of stories, Organizing a collective show, Games and bringing emotions into play (...). These theoretical training and practical training sessions (story structure, voice, memory, diction, management of stage fright, etc.). It is a question of going through the history of the tale (origin, different styles of tale, difference between tale and story), the art of telling (work on the voice, the body, the imagination), the tale and the child (importance of the story for the overall development of the child, resource of the imagination, difference between reading and telling) ...: in short, the intention of this course is to make you want even more, to better tell stories Open to all those interested in the story (parents, teachers, animators, educators ...), these sessions can also be offered to the person of your choice. With the program, for this example of storytelling art in particular: ✓ Explore and experience the art of storytelling and discover its hidden sides ✓ Express yourself with your body, your emotions, your ideas, play with situations (...) ✓ Mobilize your capacities and creative energy ✓ Open interior spaces of reverie ✓ Explore your path of personal expression in complete freedom and security ✓ Overcome your fear of public speaking ✓ Make room for your imagination, Develop your creativity ✓ Activate flexibility of mind, Practice active listening ✓ Cooperate, create, play down The art of storytelling therefore allows you to develop your creativity and imagination, because you are both a director and an actor. It also allows you to overcome shyness and develop speaking, listening and responding skills. Each person evolves at their own pace and uses their sense of creativity. Objective: to anchor sustainable resources such as letting go, creativity, presence or self-confidence. In short, this artistic discipline will accompany you in your personal development and will help you get out of your comfort zone thanks to a benevolent environment and playful exercises. THE TRAINER With training from a Grande Ecole post-European preparatory class & an Ivy League university in the United States, our teacher has specialized and has worked for more than 18 years in the field, in international establishments, speaking in forums and conferences. ➤ PLACE, TIMETABLE, PRICES ✓ Locations: Geneva-Lausanne-Fribourg-Zurich-Neuchâtel-Lugano-Montreux-Basel-Neuchâtel-Bern-Lucerne-Brussels-Luxembourg-Paris-Lyon. But currently, these sessions continue to be offered by videoconference in the current context and in accordance with general demand which is almost unanimous on this subject. ✓ Indeed, apart from the classic advantages of videoconferencing (time saving related to travel & their unforeseen events, eco-responsibility, increased schedule flexibility, etc.), the quality of the session & the interaction remain identical. In addition, the entire exchange, notes and recommendations are immediately transcribed on the dedicated chat. ✓ To support us among ourselves & to be pleasant to you in this sustainable / particular period and in a spirit of solidarity, the fees are temporarily reduced and will not increase after the start of our sessions. ✓ Languages: French/English. ✓ The progress following these private sessions is perceptible from 1 to 2 sessions (*2024 study). ✓ As other people do regularly, you can also please your loved ones by offering gift vouchers available all year round. Private guitar lessons for every level: from basic chords to out of the box improvisation
Hey! My name is Richard and I give private lessons to all levels. For guitar, it is important that you can improve yourself in a pleasant environment in a fun way where your interests are central. Do you want to delve deeper into a certain style? Do you want to create your own sound on your guitar using amps, and pedals, ...? I can help you with all that! Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example. The lessons would take place at my home in Mol or via webcam. If necessary, we can always agree on something else. Be sure to let me know if you have any questions and I will answer as soon as possible. See you soon! Richard PS: my specified hours are a guideline, if this does not suit you, you can certainly send us a message and we will try to arrange something :)

Solfege & Oriental Solfege: Quarter Note - Rast, Bayet, Siga, Kord, Hijaz, Ajam, Nahawand - Major & Minor Scales
With over 8 years of experience as a Solfege, Oriental Solfege, Oud, and Oriental singing teacher, I am a Lebanese musician currently residing in Mönchengladbach, Germany. I honed my skills for 8 years at the Lebanese National Conservatory. Prior to my relocation, I taught at Casa Beethoven Academy in Lebanon and also held private music lessons. As a concertmaster, I performed with the oriental orchestra "Loubnan Assalam" for over 5 years. My move to Germany was motivated by my pursuit of graduate studies at the University of Kamp-Lintfort. Fluent in English, Couramment en français, ولغتي الأم هي اللغة العربية. Aber leider spreche Ich ein bisschen Deutsch. Solfege, the foundation of music theory, is an essential tool for any musician who wishes to understand and create music. It provides a way to identify and communicate notes, intervals, and rhythms, and it is the key to developing musical literacy. In this class, you will delve into the world of scales, exploring the unique characteristics of Western and Oriental scales. We will study the following scales: Rast, Bayet, Siga, Kord, Hijaz, Ajam, Nahawand- Major & Minor Scales. In addition to these Western and Oriental scales, we will also introduce you to the quarter note, which is not traditionally found in Western music. It is a quarter note with a unique and distinct sound. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced musician, this class will provide you with the knowledge you need to use scales effectively for improvisation, singing, and playing any instrument. With this knowledge, you will be able to: * Read and write music (dictation) in solfège notation for both Western and Oriental scales. * Identify and communicate notes accurately in the context of various musical traditions. * Develop a deeper understanding of music theory and rhythmic concepts. * Infuse your musical performances with a broader range of expressive possibilities. We will use the book "المقامات الشرقية by Georges Farah" as the main reference for our study of Oriental solfège. This book is considered the best book in the Middle East to teach Oriental Solfège. Discover the power of solfège to enhance your musical skills and open up a world of new possibilities!
