Mastering English at a proficiency level is a useful skill for everyone around the world. With my expertise in English and teaching English, I will help you achieve your language goals.
I have been teaching ESL for 6 years now and I know how to tailor the lessons and materials for each individual student. I know what most students struggle with when it comes to English grammar or writing an essay and I have learnt to explain the material in such a simple manner so that the students can have a full understanding of the information. The practical approach during the lessons helps students get ready not only for the exams but also for the stress during exams. Progress tests given after each material assess student's understanding of the information discussed.
The classes are designed for students ranging from "pre-intermediate" to "advanced". Based on your specific requirements, we will be studying English grammar, vocabulary, writing and listening skills, will be preparing for the exams, IELTS, Business English, just Speaking or everything mentioned. You will have a clear understanding of the material and will be given extra exercises to practise at home. I conduct lessons in English, Russian or Armenian, preferably on Skype, as I believe it is a very convenient format of education nowadays.

All the materials are given in the form of online exercises, PDF or word documents and interactive textbooks. Having a printer at home to print out some materials for the homework is a plus)

Présentation

For me, teaching is a way to explain difficult materials in an easy manner and being able to see the results of my work appeals to me the most. I would describe myself as a friendly teacher that can discuss various topics with different age groups. However, I can be strict too when it comes to doing homework and being accountable for the material that should be learnt. Finally, I believe that practice is the ultimate way to master a language and I plan my lesson based on this approach.
I have been teaching for 6 years and most of this period I have been preparing Russian students for English exams in Finland, IELTS exam, Business English, Essay writing as well as General English. I have attended different exams and I know how stressed the students are during them. So I believe, my task is also to prepare my students to cope with the stress during the exams.
I expect my future students to be active during the lessons, ask a lot of questions and be determined to succeed. I will do my best to motivate my students to achieve their educational goals.

Education

From 2008 to 2012 Yerevan Brusov State University of Languages and Social Sciences, the faculty of Linguistics and Intercultural Communication, English Language and Political Science.

I have been teaching ESL in language schools for 6 years and became a qualified Pearson English Examiner. Currently, I am teaching English on Skype.
