I believe that the most rewarding part of learning any language is being able to interact with other people. During our lessons, we will build a basis of vocabulary and grammar that will then be used in communication through speaking and listening.

Proper pronunciation is an important part of effective communication; therefore, I work hard to help students hear exactly how they can improve their speech.

I know that learning a foreign language can be intimidating, so I strive to create a friendly learning environment for all students!

I am from the State of Georgia in the USA, but I now live in Lisbon, Portugal. I am TEFL certified and I have been teaching English since 2017. I actually became an English teacher while living in Madagascar, which was an incredibly rewarding experience.
