Als Bachelor student Jazz - Piano aan de LUCA School Of Arts, Campus Lemmens, wil ik je graag leren hoe de vingers zich op de toetsen navigeren of je vooruit te stuwen als je al een ervaren pianist bent.

In onze lessen heb je de keuze om klassieke muziek, populaire muziek, jazz, improvisatie, notenleer en (gevorderde) muziektheorie te leren. Dit op basis van het niveau en de behoeften van de leerlingen.

Hi!

As a bachelors student Jazz - Piano at the LUCA School Of Arts, Campus Lemmens, I am eager to teach you how to navigate your fingers on the keys or propel you forward if you're already an experienced piano player.

In our lessons you have to option to learn classical music, popular music, jazz, how to improvise, solfege and (advanced) music theory. This based on the students level and needs.

Hoi, ik ben Bruno, 19 jaar oud. Sinds 2011 bespeel ik de piano, een passie die over de jaren heen alleen maar groei heeft gekend. Met muziek ben ik dan ook méér dan dagelijks bezig, als dat zelfs mogelijk is. In al die jaren heb ik uiteraard niet stilgezeten waardoor ik al heel wat podiumervaring heb zij het in de context van een popband, een jazz combo of een musicalorkest. Daarnaast houd ik ik me ook bezig met muziekproducing

Ondertussen studeer ik Jazz - Piano aan de LUCA School Of Arts op Campus Lemmens o.l.v Ron Van Rossum waar me nog heel wat muzikale avonturen te wachten staat.

Veel plezier met het leren van je favoriete liedjes en het spelen van gitaar. Wij bieden online gitaarlessen op maat. Of je nu een beginner of een gevorderde speler bent. Alle lessen worden aangepast aan uw vaardigheden en doelstellingen.

De lessen zijn gecentreerd rond twee principes:
1. Het aanleren van de basisbeginselen van de gitaartechniek: noten/tabs lezen, melodie- en harmonieanalyse, gehoortraining
2. Een open benadering gericht op het leren spelen van je favoriete nummers

Niveaus:
Beginners leren eerst de basisbeginselen, zoals stemming, houding, basistechniek, tabulatuur lezen en elementaire akkoorden spelen. Na tien lessen kun je basisakkoorden en melodieën van één noot spelen. Je kunt nu al je favoriete muziek afspelen!
Als je al een meer gevorderde speler bent, zullen we werken aan het verbeteren van specifieke technische en muzikale vaardigheden zoals soleren, het verbeteren van je geluid en het leren van genrespecifieke technieken.

Gitaarstijlen:
Je kunt vrijwel elke muziekstijl kiezen die je wilt spelen: pop, rock, jazz, blues, folk, country, flamenco en klassiek.

Heeft u moeite met gitaarlessen in het Engels? Maak je geen zorgen: lessen kunnen worden gegeven in het Duits, Italiaans, Frans en Nederlands

Lessen in piano, klavecimbel en historische en moderne cello, met een programma en repertoire dat is aangepast aan de doelstellingen en het tempo van elke leerling, jong, oud of volwassen, voor een algemene introductie tot deze instrumenten, ter voorbereiding op het hoger muziekonderwijs, als aanvullend hulpmiddel voor examens aan muziekacademies, of als hobby, of voor het maken van amateurmuziek in groepsverband, of voor het ontwikkelen van kwaliteiten als concentratie, coördinatie, discipline, uitdrukkingsvermogen, stijlbewustzijn en muziekgeschiedenis.
In mijn lessen vertrouw ik vooral op oude traditionele methoden, boeken en repertoire, die hun efficiëntie in de loop der tijd hebben bewezen. Ik maak ook gebruik van de onderwijstraditie van partimenti van de oude Napolitaanse conservatoria - oefeningen voor het componeren die al vroeg kunnen worden toegepast. Dit voegt niet alleen een creatief element toe, al snel na het begin, maar leert ook via oefening de basisbeginselen van harmonie en polyfonie.
Indien de student dit wenst, kunnen de lessen gecombineerd worden (+30 min.) met theorie/solfege (gehoortraining).

Een doorgewinterde en gepassioneerde muzikant sinds mijn 15e, ik gaf mijn eerste lessen meer dan 10 jaar geleden. Ik ben een uitstekende pedagoog en ik pas me aan het niveau van de student aan, of het nu gaat om de technische beheersing van het instrument, het vermogen om noten (of tablatuur) te lezen, maar ook om de muziektheorie en de theorie te begrijpen. Ik stel mezelf ten dienste van de student, zijn niveau en zijn smaak en muzikale projecten. Ik heb een grondige kennis van muziektheorie, met name in de jazz, en een lange ervaring in het samenspelen (jazz, rock en progressieve metal). Zo kan ik de student de theoretische elementen aanreiken die hij nodig heeft om zich zijn instrument volledig toe te eigenen, in zijn eigen tempo, en om in een groep te spelen, baslijnen te bedenken, te improviseren en stukken te componeren.

De bas is het belangrijkste instrument in elk muzikaal ensemble, of het nu in jazz, rock, blues, funk, metal of pop is. Ze is de maatstaf voor alle andere muzikanten, ze definieert zowel ritme als harmonie, en ze laat letterlijk de lichamen van de luisteraars trillen.

Here is some information about me:

I obtained my master's degree at the Vienna University of Music and Performing Arts as a solo violinist, as well as in chamber music.
Since 2018 I have held a position in the 2nd Violin Group of the Belgian National Orchestra in Brussels.
As an enthusiastic chamber music player, I play regularly and give concerts with different ensembles in Belgium as the Brussels String Quartet.
Teaching and sharing with you all my music knowledge has a very important role in my life.
My research on how to deal with stress on stage is another topic that I find essential and very helpful for everyone who has some issues and wants to improve in that way.

A native of Rio de Janeiro, Felipe Olivé began his piano studies under the guidance of Professor Marcilda Clis. Upon entering UNIRIO, he started taking lessons with the pianist and composer Claudio Dauelsberg. He holds a degree in piano from the Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe in Germany, where he was a student of Professor Kaya Han. He spent 2 years in Portugal, where he taught at the Academia de Música de Almada. He also received guidance from Professor and pianist Manuel Araújo of the Academia Internacional de Música Aquilles Delle Vigne in Coimbra. Currently, he is pursuing a Master's degree in Piano Performance at LUCA School of Arts in Belgium, with the renowned pianist Sylvia Thereza as his teacher.

He has been awarded in national and international competitions, such as the VII Sardoal Young Talent Award (2nd Prize - ex-aequo in the Piano Solo category; 2nd Prize and Best Portuguese Duo in the Piano Duo category), the Prof. Dichler-Competition 2022 in Vienna (2nd Prize - ex aequo in the Piano Duo category), the I National Piano Competition of the Villa-Lobos Music School (Honorable Mention) in Rio de Janeiro, and the XXVI Souza Lima Piano Competition (Honorable Mention) in São Paulo.

His classes are intended for anyone who wants to start learning music theory and piano or those who already have basic or advanced knowledge. From Classical to Popular music, his teaching method adapts to the goals and individual desires of the student. During the classes, music theory is taught either concurrently or separately from practice, and the repertoire to be played is chosen collaboratively with the student.

Felipe has years of experience as a concert pianist and teacher in academies and music schools. He seeks the most suitable approach for each student, respecting their learning pace, helping overcome difficulties, and exploring their strengths, always encouraging progress.

Whether you want to play just for fun or to become a professional pianist I can give you a personalised course. At the beginning of the course, I will evaluate your level and give you recommendations of what we can work on. There are two main types of courses:

- a hobbyist course: it won’t be time consuming. I will help you learn new pieces and a little theory and solfege. The primary goal of this course is to make you enjoy playing in your spare time without having to practice too much.

- a professional course: in this course I will help you reach the level of a professional musician. I will give you an insight of how to prepare a piece or pieces for a competition or an audition. I will also teach a lot of theory and solfege so that you can prepare for a conservatory or a school of music.

My name is Jose and I am currently an Artist in Residence at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel in Waterloo. I offer piano lessons for children as well as adults (beginners, advanced, and professional musicians). I am particularly interested in bringing musically passionate people closer to both classical and popular music (gladly also in German or in Spanish).

My primary goal is to bring out each individual’s personality through music. My teaching methods are adapted to different age groups, focusing on building a personal connection and collaboration.
