sciences (chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical classes)

Certainly! Chemistry and biology are two fundamental scientific disciplines that are closely intertwined and play a crucial role in the education of students.

From a chemistry perspective, students will delve into the study of matter, its properties, and the interactions that occur at the atomic and molecular level. They will learn about the periodic table of elements, chemical bonding, reaction kinetics, and thermodynamics. These concepts form the foundation for understanding the behavior of substances and the driving forces behind chemical processes. Students will engage in hands-on experiments, simulations, and problem-solving activities to apply their knowledge and develop their analytical thinking skills.

In the realm of biology, students will explore the intricate and fascinating world of living organisms. They will study the structure and function of cells, the diversity of life, the mechanisms of evolution, and the complex systems that sustain living beings. Topics such as genetics, ecology, and physiology will be covered, allowing students to understand the fundamental principles that govern the living world.

The integration of chemistry and biology in the curriculum is crucial, as these disciplines often intersect and complement each other. For instance, students will learn about the chemical processes underlying biological phenomena, such as photosynthesis, cellular respiration, and the structure and function of biomolecules like proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids.

Through engaging lectures, interactive laboratories, and problem-based learning activities, students will develop a deep understanding of the scientific principles that govern the natural world. They will hone their critical thinking, problem-solving, and experimental design skills, preparing them for further studies in science-related fields or a wide range of career paths.

The synergy between chemistry and biology provides students with a holistic perspective on the natural sciences, enabling them to appreciate the complexity and interconnectedness of the living and non-living components of our world. This knowledge will empower them to make informed decisions, contribute to scientific advancements, and tackle the challenges facing our society.

About Me

To begin with, as a young Egyptian child who was born and lived in Cairo, I have learned and lived in a highly diversified community. After finishing high school, I joined faculty of Pharmacy in Cairo University, one of the top universities in Egypt to pursue my higher education. Despite the challenging yet thrilling journey, I have proudly graduated from faculty of Pharmacy with a degree of distinction with honors in 2016. By the year 2017, I had the pleasure to work as a teaching assistant in Faculty of Pharmacy in the British University in Egypt. I joined the department of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical technology, as I have always knew my niche lays in this discipline. I am involved in supervising students and delivering the practical part of different modules including physical pharmacy, industrial pharmacy, advanced drug delivery and nanopharmaceuticals, and formulation of solid, semisolid and liquid dosage forms. Most importantly, I assist in supervising a group of students each year in their graduation research project along with a professor, which always inspires me and allow me to learn techniques in the research field. Alongside the mentioned tasks. I worked in my master’s degree since 2018 and I have thankfully earned it in June 2023. My thesis entitled “Itraconazole Loaded Aspasomes for Topical delivery” has immensely helped me in developing lab-based skills, literature reviewing and writing skills. I am fortunate to be a part of a well-established working environment that allowed me to learn and use different devices and software in my practical work. I have successfully published two research articles in Drug Delivery journal and Nanomedicine: Nanotechnology, Biology and Medicine journal. I was - and still am- craving for more opportunities that can enrich my knowledge in this discipline.

Seeking to build on strong research skills, to obtain a research position in the field of medicine and biomedical research. My goal is to eventually have broad-based academic career including teaching, research, and management responsibilities.

About the Class: In this comprehensive GCSE Biology tutoring program, we will cover all seven key subject areas outlined in the syllabus, which are divided across two papers. By the end of our sessions, you will have a solid grasp of the fundamental concepts and principles that form the basis of biology. What We'll Cover: Paper One: Cell Biology: Explore the structure and function of cells, their components, and processes such as diffusion, osmosis, and active transport. Organisation: Delve into the hierarchical organization of living organisms, from tissues and organs to organ systems. Learn about specialized cells and their roles. Infection and Response: Understand how the body defends itself against pathogens, the immune system, and the body's response to infections. Bioenergetics: Uncover the intricate processes of photosynthesis and respiration, and how energy flows through ecosystems. Paper Two: 5. Homeostasis and Response: Learn about the body's ability to maintain a stable internal environment, nervous and hormonal communication, and how organisms respond to changes. Inheritance, Variation, and Evolution: Explore genetics, inheritance patterns, DNA, genetic engineering, and the mechanisms driving species' variation and evolution. Ecology: Dive into ecosystems, interrelationships among organisms, nutrient cycling, and the impact of human activities on the environment. Key Ideas: Consolidate your understanding of the overarching concepts that link the different areas of biology together. Excellence: Maths Courses - for College - High School - University levels
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👨‍🎓 With 4 years of experience in distance education, I am a mathematics teacher specializing in support lessons and private lessons. I also teach physics and chemistry as well as scientific subjects in general. I hold a Master's degree in Operational Research (Applied Mathematics) and I have been teaching private lessons for more than three years, mainly mathematics for middle and high school levels. ✏ I have taught students from different schools, whether public, private, following the French program (mission), Belgian, Swiss, Spanish (students from French-speaking or English-speaking Spanish schools) or American. In summary, all French or English programs. ✏ I support students from A to Z in all stages of their learning, using a simple, new generation and effective methodology: explanation of lessons, summary of lessons, application and deepening exercises, etc. ✏ I also prepare students for exams and competitions. ✏ I also support students with their homework (homework help). ✏ All my students have made extraordinary progress and achieved their goals, with grades of 16, 17, 18 or 19 out of 20. Sessions usually take place as follows: 1️⃣ The first sessions are mainly intended to assess the level of the student in order to determine the shortcomings noted. 2️⃣ Then we make a plan to fill those gaps: number of hours of work required, parts of the lessons to focus on, lots of training and development exercises, etc. 3️⃣ We make sure to stay up to date with the student's class teacher to track their progress and align our work with what is being taught in class. 4️⃣ Then I provide exams similar to what may be offered in class. 5️⃣ Upon request, I write a monthly report to keep parents informed of their child's level throughout the course. I also adapt my methodology according to the needs of each student, which means that everyone has a personalized working method adapted to their needs! I also offer crash courses for those preparing for the start of the school year, so that they start the year well prepared 💪 and with a head start on the program.🧠 💭 If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me ;)
