I started taking violin lessons at the age of 7. After years of training, I am currently continuing my violin studies at Utrecht Conservatory. I have also attended music theory classes for 6 years because it is very useful to have some knowledge of it when playing any instrument. If you would like, I would be more than happy to share some knowledge of music theory along with the violin lessons. Lessons are private and not in groups.

I have the most to offer to beginners. I would like to take an individual approach with everyone and make sure that the lessons are productive and above all creative, because that's the appeal of music, that we can be the creators of something very beautiful! I would like to cultivate interest in different styles and give space to build and help in the learning process, giving tools for developing technique and musicality, so that you will feel free to express your interpretation and as well, I will try to give you motivation and inspiration. Teacher at Strijkdomain (The Hague), Conservatory in The Hague, Vuurvlinderschool, Geldelandschool en a Het Klooster (Woerden). I was under the tutelage of the great violin pedagogue Mr. Mauricio Fuks at Indiana University (USA) for 3 consecutive years (2018-2021) becoming his teaching assistant for 3 years (2018-2021). Moreover, I have taught young violinists in Elementary Schools, (e.g. Fairview Elementary School) and also collegiate students in the Jacobs School of Music (US). In Spain, I have teaching experience in several music schools instructing violinists ranging from 3 to 70 years of age. I have also worked with ADHD and autistic students with a great passion for violin playing and music-making. I hold a master's in Violin Performance at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag and in Psychology and Music (UNED). I have an excellent command of English, and Dutch and a good working knowledge of French. I base my teaching method on Suzuki and Galamian methods, which I combine with a wide repertoire of progressive violin pieces. Come and have a lesson with me!

The violin has been with me for a long time. I love to teach everything I learn. I adapt to all levels. It doesn't matter if there is no experience! The desire to learn is the only thing you need for these classes. Through all my professional experience, teaching, participating in orchestras, and my training, I have learned a lot about this wonderful thing that is music.

I am a violin and piano teacher from Cape Town South Africa where I graduated with Honours in a Bachelor in violin performance from the University of Cape Town with distinction. Most recently I graduated from the Royal Conservatory of The Hague (2021) with a Master's Degree in Music Education (specialising in violin). I have 7 years of violin teaching experience and 3 years of piano teaching experience. Most of my students have been young children but I have also had students of all ages, from children as young as three years old to adults who are in retirement. Attending Kodaly training at the conservatory has equipped me to teach from an auditory and songs based perspective, where singing is integrated into the instrumental lessons. I also use movement inside of lessons, as I have had some training inside of the Dalcroze eurhythmics approach. This approach sees movement as the embodiment of the music. I also actively incorporate elements of creativity in my teaching, for example creating improvisations, or making musical stories. In terms of my own experience in music, I have performed as a solo violinist with the orchestra as well as being an ad hoc tutti violinist for the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra, and with the baroque violin for the Camerata Tinta Barocca and Cape Consort. I have performed with traditional African musicians and ensembles, as well as with dancers for instance in MusicDance021 which is an interdisciplinary real-time composition project.

Hi everyone! I am a viola player from Belarus. I completeness my bachelor degree at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague and currently doing my masters in HKU Utrechts Conservatorium. As well as playing viola, I have a lot of knowledge about music theory, as it was accompanying me through my entire career. I would be very happy to share my knowledge with music enthusiasts of all ages and levels. Let’s create music together!

I offer individual one-to-one violin lessons for any age and level. You can choose between 30, 45, or 60-minute lessons once a week with 40 lessons total in a year. The lessons can be in Koninklijk Conservatorium (Royal Conservatoire) The Hague, online, or at the student's home with an additional transport fee per lesson. My violin class is open to any genre, from classical to pop. The lessons will be in English, Indonesian, or basic Dutch. There is no need to bring anything for a lesson, but it would be great if you already have your violin, and feel free to bring your previous materials or songs/pieces you have ever learned to the lesson. When teaching, I focus on diversity and inclusivity. I have taught diverse students from various nationalities, ages, and levels.

My lesson will depend on each student's goal. If you are a student who wants to learn an instrument as a hobby and has never had contact with an instrument before, I will teach you the basics (from holding the violin and bow and playing easy tunes on the violin to teaching how to read notes and rhythms). If you are a student with years of experience and already know the basics, I can help you with the repertoire you are playing, or give you and prepare new pieces with you, I will help you improve your practice sessions and help you prepare auditions or performances. I give lessons in English or Portuguese but can also manage to speak Spanish

Flexible and personalized violin lessons specialized in classical and fiddle music. I am a Canadian Masters's student at the Conservatory in Den Haag with 6 years of teaching experience with people of all ages. Accepting children and adults of all levels (beginner to advanced).

I teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced violin and viola lessons to all ages. My lessons are customized for each student’s personality, learning style, and abilities. I put a strong emphasis on developing instrumental techniques and fundamentals. With a good foundation, students are more easily able to express themselves in an imaginative way. I challenge my students with high standards in a learning environment that is fun and engaging. I believe that students learn best when they feel challenged, but also successful and confident about themselves. I am a detail-oriented and rigorous teacher but I find balance through patience and kindness. I maintain a keen awareness of pacing, interests, and motivation so that my students never get bored.
