Experienced teacher, graduate of the University of Geneva and having studied in Madrid, I am enthusiastic about the idea of helping anyone wishing to enjoy learning to read and speak Spanish.

The objective of this course is to offer a pleasant environment to anyone wishing to learn or improve their Spanish, in order to allow them to gain self-confidence. We seek to create an atmosphere where the learner will enjoy coming back and seeing the progress made.

Thanks to my experience in teaching and support classes, I appreciate the contact with the students, and especially their smiles when they regain self-confidence and feel capable of progressing.

To know a language is to be able to speak it. Too often, we do not learn vocabulary lists and grammar rules, without being able to utter a single word. This does not interest me!
My goal when I learn a language is to speak it, to communicate, to be able to fend for myself without the aid of a translator, and to learn through the language the mysteries of culture.
When I exercise my role as a teacher, I always have these same goals in mind. I therefore base my courses in a communicative approach that aims to be able to talk and share since the first class. For this I use role plays, scenarios, dialogues and other exercises related to the reality of the learner.

Hello everyone! I hold a CELTA teaching qualification in Spanish and a doctorate in Italian. I have been teaching Italian and Spanish for more than 5 years. I've been preparing students for the A-Levels and GCSE (language + literature). I can prepare you for specific examinations, language lessons in general or teach you Spanish for business. The lessons are for everyone, whatever their age or level (children to adults). I will make sure that you discover the Spanish culture through the lessons, learn the correct pronunciation and of course learn some grammar.
