My name is Carlota and I come from Alicante, Spain. I am currently working in Geneva and I would like to offer Spanish lessons at all levels. I have more than 5 years of experience teaching kids, students and adults, not only with Spanish but also with economics and accounting subjects in university.

I am very open- minded person, friendly and patient. Teaching in one of my hobbies so I always try to enjoy the class as much as possible.

I am Spanish girl living in Geneva. I love traveling, living in new countries and getting to know new cultures. I have lived in Italy, Germany, The Netherlands and EE UU. I also love playing sports, specially padel, sky and volley ball.

As I said, I like being around new cultures, that is why I love teaching what I know to other people. So that, I always adapt to the student's needs and I focus on achieving their goals.

I have an University degree of Business Management and Tourism. Not only this, I have studied an MBA in International Management and I also graduated from a Master in Finance and Accounting

To know a language is to be able to speak it. Too often, we do not learn vocabulary lists and grammar rules, without being able to utter a single word. This does not interest me!
My goal when I learn a language is to speak it, to communicate, to be able to fend for myself without the aid of a translator, and to learn through the language the mysteries of culture.
When I exercise my role as a teacher, I always have these same goals in mind. I therefore base my courses in a communicative approach that aims to be able to talk and share since the first class. For this I use role plays, scenarios, dialogues and other exercises related to the reality of the learner.

I also do accompaniment of adults to real life settings, brining the language to life.
