Phonics, reading and Maths support for 4-7 year olds.

I am a qualified primary school teacher currently teaching year one with a degree in Education, Culture and Society. I have a vast knowledge of phonics and have access to a scheme of work that has been effective in supporting my students to pass their phonics screening at at 98%. I have completed phonics screenings for KS1 and understand the exam structure and requirements.I follow a mastery approach to maths learning. Teaching really is my passion and teaching KS1 children is such a rewarding experience, everyday is different. I firmly think that in mathematics, practice leads to perfection; nonetheless, it is crucial to understand the real-life applications of each lesson's worth. Utilising real-life examples would be an ideal method to grasp a lesson.

I can not explain exactly how each class goes, because everyone is different and I can adapt to the learning styles.
