I am a qualified primary school teacher currently teaching year one with a degree in Education, Culture and Society. I have a vast knowledge of phonics and have access to a scheme of work that has been effective in supporting my students to pass their phonics screening at at 98%. I have completed phonics screenings for KS1 and understand the exam structure and requirements.I follow a mastery approach to maths learning. Teaching really is my passion and teaching KS1 children is such a rewarding experience, everyday is different. It’s incredible to see the positive change you can make to young people lives in such a short time. I am looking to support more children who are finding phonics challenging. I have a passion for creative arts.I am DBS checked.
