- Physical exercises
- Food recommendation
- Breathing exercises
- Warming up
- Correct signing technique maintaining the natural color of your voice
- Folkloric south American songs and any genre that you like

I'm a relaxed but focused teacher. Have performed in bars, acoustic, rock, jazz, and reggae events so I think we have to enjoy the contrasts and use them as a tool for our own understanding of music as: therapy, a way to express ourselves and a language.
