Yoga is an ideal way to stay fit and healthy, and remove pressures from day to day life. For this Class, I want to create an intimate and comfortable atmosphere for the student; all ages and levels of experience welcome. There will be a sequence of asanas, short teachings of yoga philosophy, and open discussions between teacher and student. Aside from the class, I am always an open ear for anyone in need, and will provide the best support I can. The classes can be tailored to the student's needs and ability.
