Together we will go through the use of Vibraphone as a solo instrument and its role in an ensemble as an accompanying or improvisational instrument. From classical to jazz/pool/rock this instrument has so much to offer in colors, pedal use, 2 or 4 sticks, effects and more to breathe a full and unique new life into any ensemble.
Marimba lessons can be given at the student's home if he/she has one, at my home there is a vibraphone.

I want the marimba student to become aware of the different sounds that a marimba can produce, based on those sounds I want to improve his technique and teach him to phrase. All this from relaxation. We also look at the different techniques that are possible on the marimba and find which one suits you best. I teach both beginners and advanced students.
Private lessons for low brass instruments. Music styles we use are the same, what we do is completely free to what you want, in combination with some necessary technical & sound development. A healthy mix of reading pieces, technique, playing along to music, improvising, ... .
