The house dance body class is a dynamic and energizing experience that lets you explore house dance rhythms and movements to a variety of house music (Afrotech, afro house, deep house etc...). The choreographies are designed to be both accessible and stimulating, encouraging individual creativity while cultivating a group spirit. In addition to the artistic dimension, this course offers an opportunity to work on coordination and body control, while building muscle and endurance. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, this class is an invitation to excel and enjoy. For dancers confirmed dancers : I teach class to have a better dance improvisation for competition or something else.
