I am a professional coach from Melbourne, Australia who specialises in 1 on 1 on technical basketball coaching. What we will work on:
- Shooting Form
- Game Mentality
- Game-Speed Drills and Moves
Typically we will go through a warm-up, dribbling, finishing then get into form shooting. This is the bulk of the lesson, we will work on current form and education as to why we may want to change certain mechanics.
