I believe each student is unique and my role as a teacher is to provide the student-specific environment for each learner to attain full potential. I employ a combination of guided instruction and problem-based teaching methods to help students understand otherwise abstract concepts. I assign homework after each class and provide feedback on class assignments.

I am most fulfilled teaching young persons science. For me, nothing beats the thrill of that 'wow' moment when a student suddenly gains mastery of some topic or concept.
I have previously worked with students from very diverse backgrounds and my students often describe my teaching as clarifying.

From high school to university level: Understand the cellular and molecular mechanism of eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells through courses in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Microbiology and Immunology.

Even if you feel like you don't have a solid foundation in one of these subjects, that's okay. We will start from the beginning and at the end, you will like the course and of course succeed ;-)

With a bachelor's and master's degree in speech therapy (both with honors), I offer individualized instruction tailored to each student's needs. I provide homework help and exam preparation support. Revision sheets and self-assessment tests will be developed and offered regularly. My goal is to help students progress without overwhelming them. I assign homework after each lesson and provide weekly progress reports. The program will be developed in consultation with the student, based on their abilities and individual requirements.

My teaching method is based on the student in particular and his achievements (without any judgment), starting with an inventory with the student in order to understand his level and his main difficulties. From this information, I adapt the course according to his real needs. We can choose to take the student's course or take mine.
For me there is no shame in not understanding, which is why I can re-explain in different ways! :)

As for my background, I am currently a student in biomedical sciences and I have my CESS diploma in science option obtained with distinction (I passed all my secondary years with honors at Lycée Émile Jacqmain). I gave chemistry class because I have a lot of interest in science and I manage to explain difficult subjects to an audience that does not have / little / only a few scientific bases by communicating in a simple, precise and easy way. proof of pedagogy.

Mon but est d'aider l'élève à surmonter ses difficultés en revoyant les concepts théoriques et pratiques non acquis par celui-ci. Je l'aiderai également à bien préparer ses interrogations. Lorsque l'élève se trouve dans une situation de blocage, je l'aiderai à le mettre sur la voie en lui donnant quelques pistes. Je ferai en sorte que l'élève n'ait pas un comportement passif mais plutôt actif car je serai présente pour répondre à ses questions.

Pour la chimie :
Ma méthode de travail est simple et efficace (du moins, c’est ce que mes anciens camarades m’ont dit). Elle se base sur 3 aspects :
• Revoir et comprendre la théorie du chapitre traité afin de cibler les lacunes présentes chez l’élève
•La résolution de quelques exercices d’application simples puis plus compliqués au fur et à mesure.
• Création d’une mini interrogation illustrant le sujet traité pendant le cours.

Pour la biologie :
Ma méthode se base sur 2 aspects:
• La compréhension totale des concepts théoriques.
• La résolution de différents exercices pour vérifier si la théorie est acquise ou non
Pour cela je me base sur les supports de cours de mon élève.
Enfin, je veillerai à ce que mon élève soit le/la plus précis(e) possible car la précision est extrêmement importante en biologie générale.

Je reprends le cours du professeur et je le parcours avec l'élève pour lui réexpliquer les concepts qu'il ou elle n'a pas compris. Je reprends les exercices faits au cours et j'en donne des supplémentaires.
Si le prof n'en a pas fait, je fais également un plan de la matière pour que l'élève puisse s'y retrouver plus facilement.
