This class is for anyone looking to improve how they write and structure their essays for exams. This is the hardest skill of all and is what gets you into the top bracket of grades. I am young student who has just come out of that horrible exam period and I know exactly what it's like. I'm not here to be another teacher, I am simply here to offer a little extra guidance in a relaxed atmosphere. I am very flexible with how you want to approach this class as well - whether it's just a discussion about what you struggle with to marking homework and providing reports. I believe everyone flourishes in different environments, so it is completely up to you in that regard.

Über mich
I have a lot of experience helping younger children with learning from basic reading and writing all the way up to essay writing for exams. It probably helps I have 3 younger brothers who I also have assisted all my life! I am very laid back and very patient with students that I teach and I am willing to work hard behind the scenes with marking etc but I do really want to create a relaxed atmosphere where students can escape slightly from the pressure at school that comes with exams. I myself had a tutor for my A-Levels who I had a great relationship with and it allowed me engage in a way I think is very hard at school with so many other students around.

I am also happy and able to assist with the understanding of any topics within those 3 subjects (theology, history, Politics).

As for more about me, I have spent 2 years in between school and university travelling, which I would probably pinpoint as my main interest! I am also a big sports fan, particularly football and have a keen interest in wildlife.

Theories of international relations are a must to understand global politics. However, given the multitude of theories and authors, studying them can be a bit overwhelming. I offer this class for poli sci students who are struggling with the theories and how to apply them, but also to anyone curious to learn more about the world we live in today. If needed, we can also talk about political philosophy, which, in a way, forms the basis of the theories we know today.

Have you always been fascinated by Ancient Egypt? Have you always dreamed about learning more about the mysteries of this fascinating ancient civilization? Then this is the course for you!

Have you always been fascinated by Ancient Egypt? Have you always dreamed of learning more about this fascinating and mysterious culture? Then this course is just right for you!

Be semper stato affascinato dall'antico Egitto? Have you ever heard of conoscere meglio and the mystery of this fascinating civility? Allora questo è il corso per te!

Teaching approach:
I have always been fascinated by ancient Egypt, and during my studies of Foreign Languages and Literature at Turin University, I took Egyptology for one year. I studied with Professor Silvio Curto, a well-known Egyptologist who was the Director of the Turin Museum for many years. Since my studies I have kept reading Egyptology texts and enriching my knowledge, my main interest and specialization being ancient Egyptian mythology, deities (and especially goddesses), as well as magic.

Course program:
Turin is the city in which I was born, raised and where I lived for a long time. This city is closely linked to ancient Egypt, since it houses the oldest Egyptian Museum worldwide, and still one of the most important collections in the world.

In this course we are going to visit the Museo Egizio in Turin virtually, and we are going to read and discuss interesting texts written by Egyptologists, discussing many fascinating topics, such as ancient Egyptian magic, mythology, gods and goddesses, women in Ancient Egypt and many more. And if you visit Turin, a live lesson in the Egyptian Museum in the form of a guided visit can be arranged!

In this course we will virtually tour the 'Museo Egizio' in Turin and we will talk about many fascinating topics such as Egyptian magic, deities, famous pharaohs, amulets, ancient Egyptian art and much more. We will also answer interesting questions: When did ancient Egypt begin? How old were the Egyptians? Were women equal? What colors were there in the Egyptian language? And if you're visiting Turin, there's also the option to organize a live lesson in the form of a shared tour of the Egyptian Museum!

In the course of a virtual visit to the Egyptian Museum of Torino and to the audience of many fascinating arguments: the pyramids and the temples of Abu Simbel, the amulet of all the divine egizie, the Valle dei Re and the Regine as the ruins of the ancient Egitto woman. This visit to Torino can also be organized as a living lesson in the form of a visit to the Egyptian Museum!

These lessons will be interactive and enhance your learning about Theology, Religious Studies and History. You will be pushed to think more deeply about these topics and what their repercussions are for our society today. 2000 years ago, there was no such thing as 'secular'. Rituals were a common daily occurrence across the globe. How can it be that we have come to live in a wholly 'secular' society? What are the religious foundations of western society, and how has this shaped the formation of women's rights, LGBTQ+ rights and the rights of ethnic minorities?

May the peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. I am pleased to present to you a reading and analysis of the texts of the holy books of the people of monotheism.
Maybe I'll start from Isaiah's prophecy.
And it shall come to pass in the latter days, that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills, and all nations shall flow unto it. 3And many peoples shall come, and they shall say, Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob: and he shall teach us his ways, and we shall walk in his paths. For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

The way things are, are because of how they were. History offers the greatest data set for us to make hypotheses on how we should organize our society and the means we use to maintain and grow it. In this class, we will choose the time periods and locations you are interested in (or have to study for), and do a deep dive on the How's and Why's of those historical events. Using multimedia approaches, such as drawing exercises, maps, historical documents, and more this course will help you:
1. Remember and commit to memory historical events and details
2. Understand the ideas and inventions that transformed the way we interact
3. Write better essays by better structuring and analyzing your ideas
4. Get acquainted with basic to intermediate Economic theories
5. Confidently present your ideas
6. Connect far off historical events to your local culture
