Hi! I am a 500 hr yoga alliance certified ashtanga vinyasa yoga teacher from India who believes in yoga as a way of life.

Personal sessions of Vinyasa/ashtanga/power yoga will be tailored as per your needs/ability/goals. An introductory meeting is important for me to understand your background (fitness, health) & needs (incase of injury, issues, etc.) before proceeding with curating personalised content in order to get the desired results.

Other topics that can be covered are:
1. Pranayama (Breath-work)
2. Asana alignment (pose adjustment/correction)
3. Yoga philosophy (with Sanskrit translations)
4. Meditation

-4 p.m.-4:30 p.m. Snack. Enjoy a sweet and friendly moment to exchange and share.

-4:30 p.m.-6 p.m. Vinyasa yoga: to awaken your senses. We will begin with a Pranayama practice to familiarize you with breathing techniques. Then, immerse yourself in a Vinyasa flow focused on asana adjustments, followed by relaxation accompanied by a sound bath.
