I am a dedicated Mathematics tutor with experience in teaching IB and GCE level students. You can contact me for both MYP and DP. My services are available online and also in-person in The Hague and surrounding areas.

Throughout my academic career, I have achieved outstanding results. I was a straight-A student in my GCE O-level and A-level studies. I have also studied additional mathematics in my O-levels, giving me a strong background in the fundamentals of mathematics.
My own personal experiences have helped me understand the significance of achieving good academic results as they provide a solid platform for gaining admission to the best universities worldwide.

Teaching style:
As no two students are the same, I believe in having a flexible teaching style. This allows the student to gain the most out of each tutoring session. My focus will always be to have an interactive session in order to keep the student engaged and actively learning.
I believe that practice is essential for learning mathematical concepts. So after explaining the concepts, I will encourage students to solve practice questions themselves to actively apply what they have learned.

At the end of a session, I will assign homework to help students reinforce their learning.

During my time as a student, I realized the influence that private tutoring had on my academic results. It propelled me to study from the best universities and hence have a better career path. I can use this expertise to help students achieve better results and realize their full potential.

I specialize in teaching physics to students of any level and also to candidates of Olympiad of physics. I give detailed and precise description of subjects in a way that student understands the meaning and origin of the field. My goal is to change the viewpoint of students in physics and encourage them to look deeper, more precise and more outside the box!

I tutor various subjects at secondary level, including mathematics, physics, biology, Dutch, English and economics.

For years I have been teaching tutor in different subjects to students of all ages.

I am currently studying linguistics at the University of Amsterdam. At the VWO I followed a nature & technology profile, which means that I also know everything about mathematics and physics as those subjects are taught at a secondary level.

I am a former IB student having taken Math, Physics and Chemistry at Higher Level (HL). I rather enjoyed these subjects and wish to channel my passion to my students, helping them reach the highest result that they deserve. I have good knowledge of the IB course structure and database, so can definitely help any grade in this subject to improve.

My classes consist of theory, where I will provide special know-how, and practical where I review problems with my students.

Als ervaren examendocent voor het vak Natuurkunde weet ik waar HAVO- en VWO leerlingen tegenaan lopen. Natuurkunde is een lastig vak en je zal het alleen snappen door veel te oefenen. Bovendien merk ik vaak tijdens de examentrainingen dat de theorie nog niet begrepen wordt. Vandaar dat ik elke les aanvang met theorie. Ik ga grondig door de theorie en vaak geef ik handige examentips waarmee leerlingen punten kunnen sprokkelen op de examens.
