for advanced learners we can also work on the slang and on the "spoken French" which differs a lot from the written French. Usually non native fail to sound really natural because of this. It's very fun to work on.

I've always love languages and I've always been a very good student and fast learner in school. However I believe that not everyone get to be naturally comfortable learning a new language. A lot of things are at stake in learning a language, as it engages with the perception of your own self and of others and forces you to step out of your comfort zone, being comfortable with making mistakes that other people will hear and might also judge. I think that to be efficient learning a language should incorporate a lot of fun elements and relatable situations, such as pop culture, internet culture, pronounciation exercises, video or board games etc.

I've lived in the Netherlands for a year both studying and doing an internship and worked for a year in London. I've done quite a lot of linguistics during my bachelor and am able to work with phonetics.
