My teaching methods are based on active pedagogy: constant interaction, a large variety of activities to keep it dynamic, and a bit of fun!
It is very important to me that my students feel stimulated, supported and are happy with their results.

During lessons, I use articles, videos, songs, interviews ... to make the grammatical aspect feel less scholastic and more to the point, and to the cultural dimension at the same time!

I'm very easy to be around as a person, and very stimulating as a teacher. I like to keep my lesson active and interactive, so my students can reach their objectives with work and fun at the same time!

During my university years, I studied English (British, American, South African) literature, translation, culture, and religion, as well as German and Chinese, and even some Elvish for the needs of a dissertation I wrote!
I'm very interested in languages in general.

I live in Brussels where I have taught many French courses to French speakers and also to non-French speakers in the framework of FLE (French as a Foreign Language), mostly face-to-face and also some distance learning. To this end, I use a judicious combination of oral and written exchanges.

You will have to express yourself a lot in French, because my level of Dutch is average. In fact, I speak it at a "normal" pace, but with a more limited vocabulary and expressions than yours.
