I am Umay, Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher. I will be with you for your journey on physical strength, mindfulness and body awareness.

My classes have a personalised approach, every body is unique. I will be preparing different yoga class sessions based on students' levels. Even if you never tried doing yoga before, this is a perfect start for you!

The Cuban Modern and Afro Contemporary Dance classes are a dazar training course that focuses on movements that start from the pelvis and hips, working intensely on the body as a whole. Body Harmony is a class that helps body awareness, balance, strength. The three techniques work with the relationship between the mind and the body. And they offer a more personal way to get closer to your own body.

a slow dive into spirituality and reconnection with your body. Every class start with a pranayama (connection to the breath) and stretching to wake your body gently. Then the asana flow (poses) while maintining mindfullness of breath and body. And relaxation/ meditation in savasana to finish.
Each class adapt to the student need and can be modify to best fit his expectations.
