Bonjour à toutes et tous ! 😊 Je suis l’artiste Axelle, professeur depuis 10 ans dans les ateliers parisiens, les universités et écoles d’art ainsi qu’en ligne pour les particuliers. Autodidacte, j’ai créé une méthode d’apprentissage du dessin atypique et sous protection intellectuelle : vous trouverez l’ensemble des informations de mes cours sur mon site internet dont l’adresse figure sur la première photo de cette annonce. Cette méthode, étoffée au cours de mes années d’enseignement et la collaboration des élèves, comprend entre autres l’étude du dessin, de la peinture, les proportions, l’expression humaine, l’observation, la colorimétrie ou encore l’art thérapie et démystifie tout ce que notre ère moderne apporte de biaisé à ces pratiques. Les termes Art, Artiste ou Observation sont redéfinis dans un espace naturel et factuel, le tout sous un angle scientifique et anthropologique. Le fonctionnement du cerveau, de la vision, de l’appréciation des distances, de l’évaluation de la couleur, de l’appétence à la texture ou encore le processus de la créativité sont expliqués lorsque nécessaire pour installer un laboratoire d’expérimentation sain et disponible chez l’élève. Mon approche est la suivante : je ne suis que le professeur de l’instant et reste un éternel élève, à jamais seule disciple de l’expérience. Il en va de même pour mes élèves de l’instant à qui je transfère les outils leur permettant de devenir, à leur tour, leur propre professeur. L’Art exige une souplesse d’esprit, une connaissance de soi-même, l’abandon d’une certaine lutte et la rigueur que seule une passion peut enfanter sans efforts ni contraintes. Une fois ces lignes de fond maîtrisées et les aspects techniques assimilés, un merveilleux pouvoir s’ouvre à vous : celui de s’exprimer au plus près de votre Je intime avec la puissance et l'intensité que les mots ne peuvent atteindre, dans l’authenticité primitive et fidèle de ce qui réside au plus profond de votre conscience. L’expression humaine est le plus vertigineux des voyages. Côtoyer l’Art, c’est construire du bois le plus étanche et robuste le navire qui vous y emporte. Très ou trop souvent, je reçois en ateliers des adultes ou adolescents débutants en questionnement sincère entre eux et l'Art. Je prends mesure des barrières imaginaires et inconscientes que les idées d'aujourd'hui dressent, et du gâchis notable que cela peut engendrer. L'outil le plus important dans l'apprentissage du dessin demeure l'Observation, trop souvent sous-estimée, à tord : c'est pourquoi ma méthode unique se calque sur notre façon de percevoir et de penser le monde. Nous mettons dès les premières minutes l'accent sur cet outil qui regroupe 80% de notre aptitude à dessiner, plutôt qu'un cadre éducatif classique qui omettra l'aspect humain et neurocognitif pourtant capital derrière cette pratique. Alors quelque soit votre profession, votre personnalité ou votre passé, soyez assurés d'être légitime dans vos premiers pas vers le dessin ou la peinture : ne doutez plus de l'Artiste qui sommeille en vous.

I studied 2D animation in France, and thanks to this training, my work has been nourished by dynamism, torytelling, expressiveness, typical of this medium, as well as the sensitivity for color and shapes that I usually use to infuse a unique style both to my original designs as well as my fanarts. I like to focus the classes in such a way that the current drawing level of the student is not what is important. The room for improvement will always evolve. I like to take my classes towards character design, towards general things like the psychology of color and shapes, since they are assimilable and highly useful concepts, independent of the level of drawing. For this reason, my classes are aimed at all ages and drawing levels. I also try to focus them on the preferences and tastes of each student, showing them that everything they like, they like for a reason, that nothing is left to chance and that they too can understand how to make their drawings reflect what they want to convey. I give private classes with students from different parts of the world, so many of my classes I have been able to do in both English and French.

I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.
