Hello, I'm Natacha, I'm a professional dancer and I give heels classes (private or in groups): a very feminine dance style, with a lot of technique, which is danced in heels. In my classes the technique is worked on (mix between ballet/jazz and heels technique) from the most basic that would be walking in heels to a more advanced level: turns, floor work... Choreographic memory is also worked on and above all attitude, self-confidence, daring to feel like a woman, sensual, powerful (like Beyonce but each one in her own way :) ). The idea is to learn or feel confident in heels, feminine or whatever you want and discover the beauty of this art always!

Dans le milieu de la remise en forme depuis plus de 10 ans, je dédie mon expérience depuis deux ans au bien être de mes clients.
Diplômé et formé à différents types d'entraînements (gym hypopressive, pilates, yoga ainsi que toutes formes de renforcement musculaire) je mets mon expérience au service de particuliers et groupes, débutants ou confirmés.
Je propose des programmes personnalisés, évolutifs et adaptés aux besoins de chacun.

I do everything I can to help my students progress at their own pace, build their confidence, and help them move forward through exercises tailored to them and their goals, regardless of their level.
My approach is gentle but demanding, in order to help you progress safely and regain optimal bodily balance.

Whether you're in rehabilitation, looking to improve your posture, or strengthening your core, I customize the exercises to offer you a tailored experience. It's all about working intelligently toward your goal, without injury, and while respecting your body.

Hi, I'm Lucia, a yoga practitioner for 13 years and a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. My mission is to accompany you on your own journey of self-knowledge and well-being, adapting the classes to what your body and mind need at any given moment.

Whether you are just starting out in yoga, looking for a more dynamic and sporty practice, need to stretch and release tension, or wish to delve deeper into meditation and relaxation, together we will find the ideal balance for you. Each session is a space of care and transformation, where everything is adapted to your level and pace.

Classes can be in person if you are in Barcelona, or remotely, in the language you prefer: Spanish, French or English.
