Last year I have become an IB French teacher for The International Sharing School, and I am currently working part time as an online French teacher for MyLingoTrip School. Therefore my schedule is flexible and I am actively accepting new students. I have tutored several adults and young professionals in Portuguese and French, for the past 5 years. With more then 4 languages in my arsenal and an intensely multicultural background, I have a mature knowledge about the broad senses of language and a great mastering of its nuances. With years of professionalism, translation practice and teaching, my skills and resources allow me to help anyone reach their goal! Furthermore, in my language education roles, I focus on students who have the goal to work in French or Portuguese speaking countries, so I have tailored my curriculum in order to allow them to rapidly develop relevant business communication skills. My classes are really dynamic and I can easily adapt to what the student is looking for (improving grammar, vocabulary, written skills, conversations). I see language as something very stimulating and playful to learn. It is truly helpful to learn new communication skills, for the everyday life but also for improving new connections, professional opportunities and travels around the world. Trusted teacher: Salut! :) I am a French and English native speaker, currently studying DigitaI Business in Berlin. I also speak German, Spanish, and am learning Norwegian. I believe the best way to learn a language is to speak it, therefore our lessons will be focused on conversation, personally adjusted to your level and your ambitions! What I like to do is to have themed lessons: We will choose a topic together and I will give you a small exercice to prepare. In the lesson we will then chat about the chosen theme, have some activities, games and go over the exercice you prepared. I have taught myself Spanish and German, so I know first-hand what the difficulties of learning a language can be and how to find the correct solutions to reach your objectives. That's why I also take good care in creating an environment where it is ok to make mistakes, and where we always understand each other. A bit more about me : I grew up in France and went to school in Monaco, where I studied in both French and English. After getting my high school diploma, I worked as a private English teacher for a year, giving classes to young and not so young French students. I then moved to Berlin for Bachelor studies. I am a very curious person, so I have a multitude of different interests, and in general love to talk and learn about everything.

It is always a pleasure to meet Phil for our weekly online French classes. He is a patient and kind teacher and always full of energy for our class. Phil is interested in a wide range of topics, so we always have something to talk about based on an article he selected as 'homework'. What I really appreciate about his way of teaching is that he corrects me during our conversation without breaking the flow of our talk, so I can really feel my confidence in speaking French increasing each class. I woulf highly recommend Phil if you are looking for a French tutor :)

Rayen made an effort to contact me prior to the lesson to determine my level and inquire what I wished to focus on. She also called at the agreed upon time. These may seem like minor details, but not all teachers do these. She had appropriate level material ready to share and go over for the lesson. She made corrections as needed and readings were repeated as necessary. My only suggestion would be that she speak a bit more slowly. but this is a matter of individual taste.
