Hello everyone, I am a yoga and English teacher (I am American and have been in France for about 8 years). I have combined my two passions by teaching yoga in English and French to students of all levels. I teach a variety of styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Chair Yoga, and gentle restorative styles. I tailor my classes to the student and offer private and small group classes in Boulogne and the surrounding area. I'm a certified yoga teacher and have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. I can help you develop your strength and flexibility in a patient, fun, and supportive environment. I also offer online classes, so there's something for everyone.
