English Tutoring for Primary Students (Grade-school)

For my primary students, I prefer to start by building confidence and helping them to master the basics. Learning at this level should be fun and engaging, and help students to feel excited and capable in facing new challenges. For my more gifted learners at this level, we might start to look at a more advanced reading list and begin to work on composing different types of texts.

I am happy to support students in Swedish/native languages if needed, but English should be the primary language of the class.

English Academic Tutoring (Tertiary Level), Essay Support, Analytical Tools

For university students looking for extra support with their academic English, I also offer comprehensive tutoring programs, and editorial support. In my own academic experience, my written English was improved immensely by the support that I received from editors and advisors during the production of my thesis, but it is also my experience that these invaluable learning supports are automatically offered in coursework studies. Working together with students, I help them to analyse and implement editorial best practice in long-form academic papers, and thesis projects.

Please note: I am not an expert in the stylistic preferences which may vary between departments and disciplines, however I do my best to take these preferences into consideration when offering support at the tertiary level.
