Mathematics is the study of numbers, quantities, and shapes. It develops problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking.
Physics on the other hand is the study of the natural world, exploring the fundamental laws governing matter, energy, and motion. It fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific literacy.
My target class of learners is between ages of 6-15
My lecture is designed to cover:- Numbers and Operations, Geometry and Measurement, data handling and statistics, algebra, geometry, and trigonometry, and statistics and probability
While physics covers: forces and motion, energy and electricity, materials and properties, mechanics, electricity and magnetism, waves and optics
My teaching approach includes: inquiry-based learning, hands-on experiments, real-world applications, and collaborative work
There will also be quizzes/tests, projects, class participation, and practical experiments as ways of assessing the learners' progress
