My lessons will be based on a methodology adapted to each student, according to their age, desires and requests. Classes are for all levels and all ages. It's never too late to start! As a teacher, I want to create a pleasant learning atmosphere where each student flourishes.

Violinist and professional opera singer, I offer in the region of Mons or by skype, zoom, messenger or what's app private lessons in music theory, for children or adults. All levels, from discovery to improvement. Learn to read music, learn notes on the keyboard, rhythmic learning, theory of music theory, ear training and singing basics. Graduated in violin from the Royal Conservatory of Mons and the Imep of Namur, graduated in lyric from the Imep of Namur, the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel and the Hochschule für Musik Nürnberg (Germany), I have experience in teaching (academies and asbl). The courses are given in Mons (center), I can also move within a radius of 15 kms. During confinement, I give my lessons by skype, zoom, messenger or what's app. A keyboard at home is not necessary. This work is based on technique and body awareness, so that you can be autonomous in the healthy use of your voice (+ stress management). As a Master of Singing, with experience in education at all ages and having studied for a year in Germany with the physical and mental health programme, I put all my tools at your disposal so that you can not only learn to sing, but also understand your instrument, which is precious at different levels.

I am currently a graduate student at the Royal Conservatory of Mons, and obtained my DEM in France at the CRR de Lyon. Thanks to my years of study as well as to the competitions in which I participate, I was able to acquire a good experience allowing me to teach (music schools of Caluire-et-Cuire, Lyon, and Rillieux-la-Pape, Lyon). I will of course adapt to the repertoire chosen by the student, as well as to the type of accordion he has (chromatic accordion or standard basses).

Hello! I’m Elena, I’m Italian and I’m an opera singer, currently actively performing in the contemporary field :) On top of my artistic career, which is now 20+ years old, I have 10 years of solid everyday experience in the musical teaching field, with particular regards for online teaching. My specialties are: teaching opera voice and kids’ vocality. For both of these, any level, even absolute beginner is 100% welcome! I’ve been training children and teens ever since I graduated from my position at La Scala children choir at 18 years old. I love working with kids, and it warms my heart to think of how many little faces I have already had the privilege of meeting thanks to this career. I have helped so many access to the children choirs of their respective cities, and with so many many others I have simply participated in their musical learning journey, which makes me equally proud and happy. Teaching adults is a completely different matter, of course, but it’s probably even more thrilling to me because it allows me to spend the day navigating the fascinating routes of lyrical singing technique. I know how opera studies can be confusing - to say the least; I try my best to represent a safe place for anybody who wants to explore this ancient form of art, as well as to clarify its key points and guide my students to building a correct repertoire. I give lessons for any kind of purpose: - learning music - improving musicality - preparing an audition - finding our own voice - overcoming insecurity Everybody is different, so everybody has their own path to go through; I cater my lessons to the pupil’s needs, and even if the method is always classical, I make sure that the hour of lesson is a fun moment as well as a learning experience. These lessons are for young and/or inexperienced singers. My lesson plans are tailored towards students' individual goals. For some, this may be learning and embodying an audition song for their school's upcoming theater performance, and for others voice lessons are a first step towards singing healthily in their church choir. In any case, I focus on correcting and building core skills necessary to singing one's best while encouraging and fostering creativity, accountability, and motivation. If considered for a long-term journey towards singing, I will focus particularly on classical techniques to build steady breath control, good posture, and proper vowel and consonant formation. Along with providing repertoire, if the student is ready and wants, there will be opportunities for vocal performance in the Santa Cruz area. I will encourage audio recordings in all lessons to help with future preparations. I will be assigning some homework after every lesson, likely a combination of vocalization exercises, dedicated sheet music practice, and theory homework (if needed). *My first lesson will involve getting to know the student, their goals, and some vocalization to assess vocal level. For singers with minimal/no prior foundational music theory knowledge, I may recommend time from lessons (15-30 minutes) being allocated solely towards foundational music theory learning.

I am an Italian soprano, graduated from the Dutch National Opera Academy. I work as a soloist as a freelance singer, and I teach singing to students of different levels and ages for many years. The most important thing during my lessons is to help the student find a healthy and comfortable way of singing! During the first part of the lesson, we will focus on Technique and breathing, while during the second part of the lesson we will focus on the repertoire chosen together with the student, applying the aspect of the technique that we worked on previously in the lesson.

In my classes I teach you how to use your voice correctly when singing, improving your breathing, voice, diction, with your favorite song repertoire. The idea is to make it very dynamic so that you fall in love with your voice and are motivated to want to work on it every day. It doesn't matter how old you are, you can learn. My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education. My experience runs mostly in early and chamber music, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals. As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborated with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs. My main goal is to help the student discover her or his voice while enjoying making music. No experience is needed, just bring your enthusiasm and favorite music. Classes can be given either in English, Spanish, French or Deutsch. There is no limit for styles, bring your favorite music and I will provide a safe environment for your personal and musical growth.
