All of the materials is presented from the point of view of an English speaker learning Ukrainian/Russian.The course is diveded into twenty three chapters and introduction to phonetics. This division readily corresponds to a lesson or two lessons per week in a twenty -six/thirteen weeks course, including devotion to phonetics and one week remaining for testing and review. The grammatical drilss are included. Each lesson ends with a homework drill which is to be done outside of the class and which is intended to be a test of the student's grasp of the material covered.
