Movement practice is a broad and comprehensive approach to physical education.It promotes well-rounded physicality, mind-body connection and viewing embodied experiences as something meaningful and revealing instead of simply as a chore or punishment.
As a teacher, I have created unique programmes for every student. Some focused on Fear work & city navigations (which I have been actively doing myself during the past 3 years), others prioritised expression and dance (I have learnt various dance styles over the past 30 years of my life, I bring it through the lens of movement and expression). Developing a strong, flexible and well-coordinated body and a physically active life is a component of every programme.
1-on-1 journey is not only about achieving goals, but mostly about building a relationship with the student and helping them rediscover their own capabilities, curiosities and points of growth. With my programmes, I help students develop a new mindset which makes further life changes and practice much easier and more joyful.
