The program will be tailored according to the student goals. (leisure, professional development) focusing on; basic knowledge of the guitar, basic chords and more advanced chords, scales and modes, theory and practice of improvisation, study of a repertoire, right hand technique (fingers or pick), music theory and rhythm, Logic Pro X, basic sound engineering and music production techniques and songwriting skills. An understanding of what are the goals and interests of student, as well as their skills is the most effective way to pass on knowledge.

I am currently completing my bachelor's degree and will soon start studying for a master's degree in education at the Zurich University of the Arts. I graduated with honors studying jazz performance with classical composition as a side subject from New England Conservatory (Boston). I have been performing, touring and teaching around the world: New York, Washington DC, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, and more! I have grown up with educaiton both in jazz and classical practices, and therefore am very versatile and fluent with both worlds which i believe creates a unique and interesting perspective for approaching music. Hello! My name is Orestis, I come from Cyprus and I am 27 years old. I am passionate about teaching, and one of the greatest joys of my professional career is watching my students flourish. I have been playing the piano for 20 years now and have over 7 years in teaching the piano.
