Students learn in all types of environments, so I work to make sure that there are different workstations in my class - some better for concentration than others. Also when handing out a new assignment, I will give individual instructions for the students who need some extra guidance. I am always on the look-out for those students who need a nudge or additional care and motivation .

I use an untraditional approach to make sure that the lessons are not boring and dull, and to make the learning experience more interactive and shaped on students interests and what speaks to them. also noted all the lesson will be completely in English, and no other languages will be spoken.
