These negative blockages are then reinforced and accumulated as our existence progresses. Freeing oneself from these negative emotions, these imbalances, these knots that have been able to settle in and block our daily life, also helps to "make them conscious" and to learn to recognize them, accept them, respect them and finally transform them in order to avoid trapping them again.
