With over 8 years of private tuition experience in physics and maths at a range of levels and exam boards, I am able to deliver high quality teaching through understanding each students learning style, needs and apply the most effective lesson plan tailored to each individual.

I have been teaching students of all levels, from primary school to college. All students have improved at least one level in grades/results. One of my student has achieved A* and went on to study Medicine at Birmingham University. Another student managed to get scholarship (one of two students in the year) at Arizona University, USA to study Nursing.

Advanced mathematics course for people over 16 (first year of the Geneva College), including students from the university or business school, engineering school, but also adults who want to rework the basics of mathematics to avoid evening classes and take advantage of personalized classes with flexible hours.

In teaching for about ten years, I also offer intensive remedial theory courses for those who have missed all or part of their school year or university.

For university students, I cover many branches of mathematics: analysis I and II, algebra, geometry, statistics and probabilities, financial mathematics, mathematics for the engineer, mathematics for medical students, among others.

I have just graduated from a Masters Degree in a Aerospace Engineering, from one of the top 10 universities in the world, having a strong background in Maths and Physics.
I have offered tuition for Maths and Physics for 8-15yrs old and I believe they liked it a lot. This is because I have a very friendly personality, I am very good at explaining things in a funnier manner and I believe education should not be an unpleasant activity.
In the future, I am planning to become a university lecturer because I like to share knowledge.

Description:

I am a graduate of the École Supmeca Paris and major of the preparatory classes of the School of Air Pupilles (high school of the Air Force), MPSI - MP.
I obtained my Master Affiliation Science and technology of energy within the Ecole Polytechnique de Lausanne.

On the other hand, I was a researcher at the University of Arizona on NASA projects.

Finally, I have been practicing for over 6 years now as a private tutor at home. I have a long experience of teaching in secondary and higher education.
Passionate about teaching and scientific subjects, I have a very good knowledge of the programs dispensed in higher education. My students have always been very satisfied with the progress made; the results are always there, combined with personal work, even for pupils in great difficulty.

Methodology :

My pedagogy is based on the following main principles:
- Start from intuition and transmit through pictorial notions / examples of everyday life
- Then translate this teaching into the rigorous scientific approach.
- Understand the student's way of thinking, and adapt. Teaching is anything but listing the concepts similarly to each student.

The courses are aimed in particular at students in search of excellence who wish to prepare for a competition / exam. For this particular profile, the lines of work will revolve around rigor, time management, and the methodology of scientific reasoning, in order to gain the few points that will make the difference.

Professional private teacher for 2 years in Paris, I am available around Geneva, from June to September. Passed by the preparatory classes for the Grandes Ecoles Françaises (maths sup / maths spé), I am in the last year of aerospace engineering school at ESTACA Paris-Saclay, and soon student in the Master of Engineering in Space and Astronautical Engineering at La Sapienza University of Roma. I also obtained my scientific baccalaureate with honors (admissible to the Federal Polytechnic School of Lausanne).

Theory and methodology are the keys to performing in maths or physics. I will emphasize these points during the lessons, and give exercises adapted to the level and objectives of the student. Transmitting science in an educational way and popularizing science makes it possible to interest young people in disciplines that may seem abstract to them.
