My teaching style is dynamic and rooted in compassion, with a strong focus on alignment and biomechanics. Over six years of teaching and trauma-informed training, I’ve learned that yoga is a deeply personal journey—its appearance and impact are unique for everyone. I encourage my students to practice self-compassion, listening to their bodies and honoring their limits rather than forcing poses or practices that don’t feel right. By blending precise instruction with empathy, I aim to create a safe and inclusive space where everyone feels supported. My goal is to help students build a sustainable practice that nurtures both body and mind.
