Good morning ! My name is Rudi. I study economics in Budapest, Hungary. I have been teaching English for four years and have gained experience with Hungarian and French-speaking students. Of course, I always have two models that work for most people: the first is a general language course, where we learn, practice and test all aspects of English, including speaking, comprehension oral, writing, text comprehension, pronunciation, vocabulary, and unfortunately, grammar😊. This is the preferred option for students with beginner to intermediate level English skills. I have also worked with higher ability students who wanted to maintain their English at a certain level, with little grammar practice and mostly speaking. In these cases, I practically function as an interlocutor, sometimes correcting grammar and pronunciation, learning a few new words and expressions.
Integrated online services
Classes are online, which may have minor inconveniences compared to face-to-face classes. We minimize them by using online services that make the lessons more interactive, always available and interesting. To achieve this, I refuse to use traditional manuals and replace them with fun presentations. We also use Quizlet to improve vocabulary, and quiz sites for homework and tests.
