She is a Cambridge certified Teacher Trainer, Ofqual External Subject Expert and AQA Lead Expert in Mandarin. She specialises in training, mentoring, assessment and quality assurance for major exam boards.

Ms Lin creates resources for teachers and learners for the assessment and teacher training qualifications. She has worked as the Principal Examiner for Edexcel A Level and Cambridge IGCSE Mandarin Chinese, producing question papers and mark schemes.
