Hello! My name is Gizem and I've graduated from Turku University of Applied Sciences as a Music Pedagogue/Violin and Viola Teacher in 2024. Currently I'm studying Viola in Sibelius Academy. I'm the player of the Maussiell Viola loaned by the OP Bank Art Foundation I have 5 years of experience in both Violin and Viola teaching. I have my education on children's pedagogy but I love teaching to people from all ages! In my lessons, I prioritise my student's goals and wishes. Therefore, it is possible to learn music from any genre to your liking!

Hello, I have extensive experience with students of all ages as a teacher of music theory, violin and viola. Custom classes, focused on student interests. I studied violin degree at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Vigo in Spain and viola in Spain and at the Utrechts Conservatorium. The research of my final exam was about well-being and phisical education to improve and accelerate the learning process. I want my students to be aware of the importance of good posture and technique in order to enjoy the learning process without problems.

Hi there, I'm a professional viola and violin teacher, teaching in person and online, in English, German or Russian. As well as instrumental teaching and ensemble coaching of all ages and levels over the last 12 years, I’ve led numerous professional workshops, including ‘Music First’ and ‘Music Masters’ in London and have taught on the Senior and Primary Arpeggione Viola Courses. As a member of the European String Teachers’ Association, I participated in their conferences across Europe, including at the European Parliament in 2018. I also prepare students for music exams, auditions and competitions at all levels, and work with them on music theory, aural and sight reading skills, and can accompany them the piano. Alongside my teaching I perform internationally as a soloist and chamber musician, including at Kings Place London, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg and Philharmonie Berlin. Hi everyone! I am a viola player from Belarus. I completeness my bachelor degree at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague and currently doing my masters in HKU Utrechts Conservatorium. As well as playing viola, I have a lot of knowledge about music theory, as it was accompanying me through my entire career. This class is for anyone interested starting learning or gaining new insights to playing the violin. Depending on the student's final goal we adjust the repertoire and skills that are needed for obtaining the goal. As a musician I am inspired by many styles of playing, with classical music and Scandinavian folk being my main focus. My goal as a teacher is to keep and increase the students love for music as well as offer necessary and appropriate skills to keep the student challenged.
