Piano lessons for music lover of all ages and levels

¡Hi!
My name's Denise, and I play piano since I was a little girl. I've been teaching for about 15 years now, which has given me tons of experience and resources to carry out this lovely work in an excellent way.
I believe it's never "too late" to start learning something new. I enjoy it a lot when I can help people connect with music, and when people (particularly people who never thought they could do it) discover they can play a song they love after a couple lessons!
I think it's very important that teaching be adapted to the needs and interests of each student, and that's why the rhythm and the metholodology of my teaching will differ from one student to another, depending on the goals they want to achieve.
While I have a classical music background, I aim for flexibility in my lessons, and I want the repertoire of every lesson to be interesting and enticing for the students, so I have experience teaching not only classical music but also other styles, such as pop, movie soundtracks, musicals, and so on.
I really love teaching and helping people understand concepts. That's why I always frame the theorical and technical concepts in the simplest, clearest way possible, so they can be easily conveyed and applied in a practical manner.
While I do enjoy teaching kids from 1-99, I'm more specialised in children from 8-9 years old, teens, and adults.

Hi! My name is Denise, and I've been playing piano ever since I can remember. About 16 years ago, I decided to commit fully to teaching, which I've always found fascinating. Since that, I've worked as a teacher for all levels, from absolute beginners to college students majoring in diverse instruments.
Ever since I started teaching, I've come to love this job more and more. To me, it's really exciting to help people discover their passion for music and playing piano, and I feel fullfilled every time one of my students really "connects" with the instrument.

As a kid, I studied with a private piano tutor, and after finishing high schoo, I have successfully completed a degree in classical piano performance at the National University in Rosario, Argentina.
