Hi everyone. I would like start taking classes for Indian Percussion Instrument called as "MIRUDANGAM". I have 10 years of experience in playing Mirudangam. I have been doing many stage programs and also in temples in India. Now I stay at Berlin and I would like to start taking music classes. I can teach to the students who are above 5 years of age. I will teach in a very proper and perfect manner so that you could also become a good percussionist.

If u have you can bring your own instrument or you can just come to my home so that you can learn in mine. But in future you might have to buy the instrument for practice.

I have experience in teaching in India by helping my Guru.
I am very much principled and systematic teacher. I would like the students to have patience to see their development in music.
I have been learning from my guru(teacher) for more than 10 years and I have been teaching students and helping my Guru(Teacher). I have simple methods which is more than enough to become an expert.
Don't miss out the chance of learning an classical percussion instrument, through it would also help you to easily understand the rhythm patterns and also to play other percussion instruments.

Education

I have completed my Bachelors Degree in Engineering of stream Information Technology .
Completed 8 th Grade of Music in Mirudangam, which is equivalent to Bachelors Degree in Music.

Expérience / Qualifications

I have 1 and a half years experience in IT field .
I also have 5 years of experience in teaching Mirudangam in India by helping my Guru(Teacher).

MIRUDANGAM is an Indian Classical Percussion instrument that is well known for classical music. I have been Learning Music for more than 12 years and also teaching for more than 3 years under the guidance of my teacher. The classes will be taken for the age more than 5 up to any age.
I was teaching back in India and now I am in Berlin, so I wanted to start taking the classes online and offline in Berlin.
Classes will be taken hourly basis, based on the stage of learning.

I have the instrument with me for the classes. But I also suggest students buy a new one for them to practice regularly. I can also arrange a new one for the students from India.

How to work the voice ? Practice ? Perform ? Compose ? Interpret a song ?
It's through technic but also practising songs from your favourite artists that you understand how to place your voice and sing your song and achieve your musical journey. Starting from the basics like breathing support, vocal routines, learning songs to practising stage presence, composition.
In my classes, I go through all this points and focus on what the student needs and wish to learn.

I had the chance to learn with the greatest Jazz singers of the New York scene. I studied, Jazz, Pop, Classical singing, which lead me to understand the voice in its full. For five years I focused on performing and touring with my different projects, and there I built my skills for the stage and being comfortable in front of a crowd.
