Learn Chinese with Very Tailored Lessons in Amsterdam

I am going to offer very tailored lessons based on the student ́s progress and interest. Yin Cai Shi Jiao (因材施教) is one of my teaching philosophy. It is a saying from Confucius, which means use such teaching methods as are best adapted to the students.

Here is the general timeline:
Before the first session, there will be a meet up between me and the student to know each other and set up the study goal together. The first lesson and high level course plan for the first month will be prepared. At the end of each lesson, the feedback will be collected and the plan for the coming courses will be adjust accordingly.

About me:
I have a minor degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language from Beijing Language and Culture University.
I had various teaching experience. I used to work as an English Teacher in China, a Chinese teacher in a Chinese School in Den Haag, tutoring students HSK exams.
I love teaching Chinese. It is my hobby and passion. I have a master degree from Leiden University and live in Amsterdam and working full time in Financial Industry.

My focus is mainly on having a conversation in Mandarin Chinese. I was raised bilingually so my Chinese pronunciation is as good as my Dutch. My family is from Beijing, which is why my accent is 'pure'. A description of the lesson is mainly having conversations in different scenarios; from a job interview to being able to order food in a restaurant. I also provide information about Chinese culture and its manners/habits. These lessons will help you learn to speak Chinese and its fluency.

I have been in the Netherlands for 4 years now and I am a certified professional providing guidance and treatment to children with diverse needs.

I do not speak Dutch, I speak fluent English and Chinese. I am a gaduate from University College London woth a MSc in Psychology of Education.

I was a special needs teacher in my home country teaching children age 5-12 with various disabilities such as AHDH /ASD /GDD etc. I have also worked with non-verbal children using Alternative and Augmentative Communication such as Proloquo2Go, PECS and AVAZ.

I am fun, active, very patient, and responsible. I have never come late to all of my classes for more than 10 years.
For children's classes, I prepare songs, videos, cartoons, teaching, and explaining at the same time, They learn really fast and never feel bored when they are excited with a fun teacher and materials. I believe that interest is the best teacher. So I try my best to prepare before classes and send materials after classes to students.

Ik ben een professionele docent Chinees. Ik heb ervaring met 1 op 1 lessen en groep lessen ook met online lessen.

Hier in Nederland heb ik één jaar Chinese les gegeven aan het Leidsche Rijn College in Utrecht. De projecten zijn helaas beëindigd vanwege het Coronavirus.

Ik ben nu aan het proberen staatsexamen 2 te halen. Ik heb a b2 niveau afgestudeerd bij de vrije universiteit. Dus ik kan makkelijk Chinees les geven in het Nederlands.

Ik zie het als een pluspunt dat ik een buitenlandse Chinese docent ben, de leerlingen kunnen mij als voorbeeld zien dat iedereen Chinees kan leren. Hiermee kan ik de studenten goed motiveren. Aangezien ik acht jaar in China heb gewoond, spreek ik de taal vloeiend, maar daardoor ken ik de cultuur ook heel erg goed.

Hello! My name is Haixin, and I am a professional Chinese language teacher with over ten years of teaching experience. I run my own teaching practice (KVK registered) and currently give most lessons at students’ homes.
