FR / Moi : Je joue du banjo depuis 6 ans, seul ou en petit groupe. Je fais régulièrement des concerts. J'anime des ateliers musicaux depuis 4 ans et je donne des cours de banjo depuis 1 an.

Les Cours : Vous apprendrez la technique du clawhammer, et non le picking bluegrass. C'est une technique utilisée dans le banjo 5 cordes traditionnel américain. J'ai un grand répertoire de morceaux au banjo et de chansons, c'est ce que nous apprendrons ensemble. Nous pouvons aussi apprendre un morceau de votre choix du répertoire country blues.

The Classes : You will learn the clawhammer technique, it's different from the bluegrass picking technique. It's used in traditionnal american 5 string banjo. I have a large repertoire of banjo songs and tracks, that's what we are going to learn together. You can also ask me to learn a specific song in the country blues field.

Hallo! Ik ben Jennifer, contrabassiste gevestigd in Brussel. Ik geef met veel plezier les aan ieder die de contrabas wil spelen: of je nu net begint of je verder wilt ontwikkelen op dit magnifieke instrument.

Het muziek maken staat centraal in mijn lessen en vanuit daar komen ook andere aspecten aan bod: samenspel, techniek (pizzicato en/of arco), gehoortraining, theorie. Omdat de contrabas een veelzijdig instrument is in zoveel muziekstijlen kunnen we ook deze benaderen. Zo deel ik graag mijn grote passie voor allerlei muziek.

My goal is to provide the student with the basic practical knowledge of the transverse flute, from level 0.
Such things as learning to hold the instrument, learning to make sound from it and eventually, of course, playing small exercises and pieces.
With this base, the student will feel gradually more at ease with the instrument, and gain his/her independence.
The method I use is the same I studied when I started playing, as a young child, in the National Conservatory of Lisbon. Althouth this method serves as a guide, I will adapt my classes to the needs and goals of each student.

La trompette est un instrument formidable. Je propose donc d'initier celles.eux qui seraient intéressé.e.s ainsi qu'apporter mon aide aux personnes qui sont déjà familières de cet instrument. Cela fait 14 ans que je pratique cet instrument, dont 10 en conservatoire, et je ne m'en suis jamais lassé.

Ma façon d'enseigner est surtout basée sur la gestion de son souffle et le développement de son oreille musicale, avec des exercices de respiration, d'écoute, de technique etc.
Ainsi, ma méthode convient tout autant aux jeunes enfants ayant l'envie d'apprendre cet instrument, qu'aux personnes plus âgées.

Mon but est de faire progresser l'élève sans décourager ou surcharger de travail. Que l'envie d'apprendre perdure.

À l'appui, je peux prêter des manuels et partitions (même si je recommande vivement d'avoir les siens) ainsi qu'enseigner la lecture musicale.

Je produis professionnellement de la musique électronique depuis 2006 et j'ai mon actif plusieurs sorties sur des labels indépendants.

Mon projet NLH démarré en 2023 a été sélectionné en 2025 en tant que finaliste d'un concours européen de musique en catégorie DJ Producer ( Tour Music Fest).

J'ai également collaboré avec plusieurs artistes de renom international notamment Samuel L. Session. qui a remixé un de mes titres en 2024.

Fort de 15 ans d'expérience en matière de production musicale, je te propose de t' aider à maîtriser les nombreuses fonctionnalités du logiciel Ableton Live ( peu importe les versions) en vue de soit développer tes compétences ou de commencer ton premier projet et même t'aider à trouver ton identité sonore.

De même pour le Djing, je peux t'apprendre à familiariser tes oreilles afin que celle-ci arrive à caler des morceaux sans utiliser les moyens modernes ( SYNC, LOOP etc..)

Ik ben dj-instructeur en geef les in mixen, zowel digitaal als met vinyl. Mijn cursus begint bij de basis: we leren hoe we apparatuur zoals de CDJ-2000 Nexus, de Xone 92 en de Technics 1200 MK2 draaitafels moeten gebruiken.

We bespreken hoe je je muziek selecteert, waar je die kunt vinden (platforms, bronnen), hoe je die effectief organiseert en hoe je Rekordbox gebruikt. We behandelen ook de basisprincipes van mixen, beatmatchen en het begrijpen van muzikale tonaliteiten om de structuur en energie van nummers beter te doorgronden.

Je leert hoe je een samenhangende mix maakt, je eigen podcast creëert en muziek kiest die past bij de stemming, het moment en het publiek.

We bespreken ook de realiteit van het dj'en in de avond: waar je op moet letten voordat je achter de draaitafels kruipt, de essentiële zaken om te weten, en tips en trucs voor het mixen voor een publiek, of dat nu in een club of bij een ander soort evenement is.

Ik deel ook mijn persoonlijke ervaring als dj: ik ben helemaal vanaf nul begonnen, heb mijn eigen evenementen georganiseerd, gedraaid met internationale artiesten en in verschillende clubs in het buitenland gespeeld. We bespreken alles wat je moet weten over boekingen: tarieven, wat je moet vragen en hoe je als dj te werk moet gaan, vooral internationaal.

We bespreken ook het opstellen van een technische rider, een persmap voor artiesten, belangrijke informatie voor promotors, en alles wat te maken heeft met het promoten van een artiest.

Ik ben een 32-jarige dj en ik draai al sinds mijn 18e. Ik heb alle stadia doorlopen: van draaien in mijn kelder voor vrienden, tot verjaardagsfeestjes, tot resident-dj in een club met internationale dj's. Ik heb mijn eigen evenementen georganiseerd, in het buitenland gedraaid en ook als clubpromotor gewerkt, waardoor ik een diepgaand inzicht heb gekregen in de promotionele kant van de zaak en de criteria voor het selecteren van dj's.

Ook nu nog draai ik als DJ in heel België.
