Hi, I'm a Chemical Engineering student at Imperial College London. I specialise in tutoring High-school Maths, Chemistry and Physics, more specifically for the International Baccalaureate (IB). I am an alumni of the British School of Brussels (BSB) where I have also worked as a math assistant. I aim to accomplish whatever my students goal is, wether that be a 7 in HL maths etc... This means that each of my tutoring sessions are tailor made depending on each of my students needs.

I'm originally form Belgium and Luxembourg, however I have lived in several different countries, hence why I have been in the English learning system my whole life. I speak French and Im in the process of learning Spanish. I love sports, namely cycling, running, and swimming.

Bonjour,
Je m'appelle Victoria, j'ai 24 ans et je vous propose des cours de mathématiques, de français et des aides aux devoirs.

C’est un réel plaisir sincère pour moi de pouvoir aider et expliquer différentes matières.

Je donne cours à toutes les années de primaires ainsi qu’aux élèves de secondaires de la 1ère à la 4ème.
Ces quatre dernières années j’ai suivi principalement des jeunes de 4ème secondaire en mathématiques.

Je suis patiente et j’ai de grandes facilités à m’exprimer.

J'arrive à motiver les étudiants ainsi qu'a les faire « aimer » leurs devoirs en leurs donnant un autre point de vue.

J’ai également donné de nombreux cours en visio.

Ik kan helpen met huiswerk maken, of er gewoon voor zorgen dat het kind het huiswerk zelfstandig maakt en aanwezig zijn als hij vragen heeft. Ik kan ook helpen bij moeilijkheden in het vak en ervoor zorgen dat het kind de les begrijpt. Ik kan hem als het nodig is van school ophalen, maar ik heb geen auto.

Hello,
My name is Maximilien, I am 23 years old and I am currently a Master 2 student at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL) where I am pursuing a Master's degree in Energy Engineering in English.

After completing a bachelor's degree in civil engineering at UCLouvain (physics-chemistry and mechanics option), I decided to continue my studies at the neighboring university.
The subjects I teach are mathematics, chemistry and physics.

Having also obtained my humanities diploma at Sint-Jan Berchmanscollege, I can give lessons in French, Dutch or English.

I like to actively involve my students in the course so that they understand the material well but above all that they find interest in it. I start from the principle that it is difficult to succeed in a subject without appreciating it a minimum and above all finding what it really serves us for!

In general, I like to start by reviewing the latest questions/exams to assess the level and needs of the student.
Then we go through the theory necessary to carry out the exercises and finally finish with exercise sessions together.
I am a dynamic and attentive person who quickly understands students (I was in their shoes not so long ago), which allows me to create a relationship of trust, so that the student feels comfortable and asks ALL the questions he has, and does not hesitate to say when things are not going well.

Diplômé en bachelier normale primaire : Je propose une pédagogie individualisée et par le jeu, un soutien dans les différentes matières (français, fle, math, éveil) ou un soutien dans les devoirs scolaires pour les élèves de l'enseignement primaire et secondaire.
Durant les séances, je proposerai tout d'abord un apport théorique de la matière, puis une mise en application de celle-ci par le biais d'un jeu, d'une activité ludique qui fait sens pour l'élève.
