You can take one hour of each discipline separately or take the course of one hour and a half in duration where both disciplines are taught within the same class

We use the body and movement a lot, to experience firsthand which tools benefit us and which do not, and thus incorporate lasting learning. Of course!. The disciplines are LEARNED, no prior knowledge or innate gifts are necessary. The classes are adapted to the tastes of the student, their level and age, and their objectives, whether it is recreational activity or training to enter an institution. What is the modality of the classes? The classes are individualized and personalized. They last 1 hour for adults and between 40 and 50 for small children.
