Über mich

. Teaching mainly to expat community around the area or Herzogenaurach & Erlangen with live classes and now online and private practice.
.After a long corporate live in Supply Chain management I hear my call of teaching. Being always active in the sports and artistic path, in my teens I study in the National Ballet Academy back home and graduate after 6 years of study, also practice gymastics but was little bit old for that, even though I was 12 years old.
. After practicing yoga for 3 years and took my first prenatal class, I knew this was may passion. Then in my second pregnacy I decided to get Certify. And that's how my jorney starts, after 10 years.
. I'm expat that moved from Panama, City Panama 6 years ago, my journey in Germany had being fantastic.
. Mother of two that keep me busy with all their extracurricular activities.
