Gespecialiseerd in gecontroleerd uitvoeren van oefeningen. Correct form.

Ik ben goed in het in stappen aanleren van tricks. Dus als je iets moeilijkers wilt leren kan ik dat opbreken in stappen waar je mee kan beginnen.

Daarnaast vind ik het erg leuk om de basis van het paaldansen uit te leggen. Klimmen, zitten, draaien, spins, invert. Hoe beter de basis, hoe beter de moeilijkere dingen je af gaan.

Verschillende disciplines waar ik ervaring in heb zijn o.a: Calisthenics, acro, gymnastics, handstanden, flexibility, mobility, martial arts, weightlifting, poledance.
