UK University Applications (Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, etc. )
From 33.58 Fr /h
Oxford and Cambridge are the UK’s most elite universities and, especially for a European student, far easier to reach with the proper support. This is what I am here to provide: help writing an ideal personal statement fit for a future Oxbridge offer holder, aid with UCAS, interview practice and advice on any possible question you could have. As a European Oxford student myself, I know the challenges and hardships of an Oxbridge application and aim to make the entire process easier for you. This will not only better your chances of securing an offer, but also make this already stressful time a bit less confusing.

About Me
Hi!
I‘m a 1st year PhD student at The Francis Crick Institute in London, previously having graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Oxford and an MSc from Imperial College London - both in biomedical sciences. My PhD research is focused on immunology and cancer, a field which I've also pursued in a range of labs in the UK and abroad.
I've been tutoring since high school, gradually moving from secondary school science and English lessons to tutoring undergraduate and postgraduate students, and English as a foreign language. For several years I've now also worked with an agency for academic applications tutoring - helping people of all age ranges successfully apply to the university or job of their dreams. Through this experience, I have developed a strong skillset in communicating complex ideas, adapting teaching strategies to each individual student, inciting motivation for science, and text editing anything from a personal statement to a master's dissertation.
I'm a German and English native speaker, but can communicate in Dutch if necessary!
I love learning and have always done my best to pass this on to any person I work with - by whichever strategy is necessary to get through to them.
Please don‘t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about me, my qualifications, my teaching style, or my availabilities!
